- What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
- How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
- Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
- Do you accept returns?
- I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied please contact me. Items must be returned within 14 days. Postage will only be refunded if item is faulty. For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned
- How will my items be sent?
- All orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded (within the U.K) and Royal Mail Airsure (outside of the U.K). Your item will require a signature on arrival or the postman will take it to your local Post Office Depot for you to collect. If you require Special Delivery please contact me first for a quote.
- How long will posting/shipping take?
- Items are handmade to order, all orders will be dispatched within 5-7 working days. If an order is urgent, please email and let me know.
UK delivery will normally be 2-3 days from posting. European orders should arrive between 3-10 days, and the rest of the world 5 -15 days.
Please note, International shipping has been known to take up to SIX WEEKS to arrive if held up at customs, please bear this in mind when placing christmas/birthday orders. - Who is responsible for customs duties?
- If you are in the EU you should not have to pay tax on your order. For some countries items will be subject to a customs/tax levy, this is the responsibility of the recipient.
